- Request information: project description, files submitted, budget and timeline expectations, correspondence with the project assistant
- Client transaction information: quotation, contract, payment and invoice information, project correspondence
- Transaction security information: IP address, browser information, session and access logs
- Marketing and measurement information: cookie preferences, advertising source (UTM) information and, where you have given explicit consent, analytics and marketing cookie data
3. Purposes of processing
- Receiving and evaluating your quotation requests and responding to you
- Concluding and performing the contract, carrying out the project and providing the client portal
- Invoicing, accounting and fulfilling legal obligations
- Ensuring information security and preventing misuse of the services
- Where you have given explicit consent, analysing website usage and measuring advertising performance
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed under KVKK Article 5/2 on the legal grounds that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and is necessary for our legitimate interests provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms; with respect to analytics and marketing cookies, it is based on your explicit consent pursuant to KVKK Article 5/1.
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by partially or fully automated means, through the forms on our website, the project assistant, e-mail, WhatsApp and the client portal.
6. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to the suppliers from whom we obtain hosting, database, e-mail delivery, messaging, analytics and advertising measurement services, to our financial advisor (accountant) and, upon request, to authorised public institutions and organisations.
Since the servers of some of these suppliers are located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad in accordance with the procedures set out in KVKK Article 9 (such as standard contracts or explicit consent).
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
- Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom the data is transferred
- Request rectification if the data is incomplete or inaccurately processed, request erasure or destruction within the framework of KVKK Article 7, and request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- Object to a result arising against you through analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems
- Request compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing
